Mike re-wrote the YUI-based js/input-placeholder.js script with a jquery based version (js/mozilla-input-placeholder.js) in r67129. This bug is to track getting the YUI version replaced across the site.
Replaced YUI version with jquery version in all pages r67294. Removed YUI version from trunk in r67295. Merged to stage in r67297.
