Subject: unacceptable levels of random orange again

I think the random orange situation is getting into the unacceptable
range again today. (This is quite a change from a few weeks ago,
when it was pretty much the best it had ever been.)

I think the four worst offenders today seem to be:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=566049 (new today)
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=557432
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=527099
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458688

Does the topfails database allow us to find out when these failures
started happening more frequently (or, in the case of the first,
started)?
