To reproduce:
1. Go to a new form that you've not filled out before, but is similar to other forms you've filled out
2. notice how the form is not filled in for you.
3. 

Recommendation:
There are lots of addons that do this for you. Safari does something similar as well. We should be able to contextually detect when we can fill in a form for you.
