On windows, the new account setup wizard can move the TOC text up to a single line.

Repro:
1) install weave 1.3b5
2) create a new account
3) verify setup wizard page TOC checkbox can be on one line. Also, what is that extra "..." text next to the checkbox?

Hmm, maybe a flex on the box containing the elements? There's no explicit line break here.

I believe it's the style="width: 16em" that makes it wrap.
