The Zoom controls on the n900 +/- buttons, does not actually zoom in like double-tap behavior.  This is on a svg page.

Repro:
1) install fennec nightly: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux armv7l; en-US; rv:1.9.2.5pre) Gecko/20100518 Namoroka/3.6.5pre Fennec/1.1b2pre
2) visit URL
3) double tap the firefox log on the page.  notice it zooms in.  same for zooming out.
4) now use the +/- zoom controls on the n900 at the top.   verify the zoom just pinpoints the center of the page, and only moves the firefox logo to the corner; but not actually zooming into the logo at all

Expected:
- zoom controls should work like double tapping

Actual:
- zoom controls doesnt work correctly on this svg page.
