The code for generating Java interfaces via XPIDL should be merged into the
main xpidl code in xpcom\typlib\xpidl. New features (something to do with
arrays, ask jband) are currently being added to the main XPIDL and the two
versions are likely to diverge. Adding Java support to the main xpidl code will
have no impact on existing xpidl users.

Before this can be resolved, standard XPIDL needs to be fixed so it produces
valid Java code (see Bug #123651)
Depends on: 123651
