I deeply miss one feature in Thunderbird: when I receive an email that requires a reply by telephone or a other mean than email, I can't mark the message as "replied", showing the replied arrow in the list of messages. That's a severe restriction when you're, like me, using email not only as an email sink but also a real productivity tool.

Labels and colors are not enough here and I really wish the Messages > Mark menu could also mark a message as "replied" or "unreplied"
