Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to about:config. 2.Search for "plugin.disable" and set the pref to "false". 2.Open www.google.com in one tab and youtube.com on another one 3.Play a video o youtube. 4. Pause the video and choose to close the browser. Actual Results: 'Confirm close' dialog is displayed in background (see attached screenshot) Expected Results: 'Confirm close' dialog is displayed in front and user can select 'Close tabs'.

Ah, yes this issue. This is a duplicate of bug 534574 as part of a set of bugs where flash videos will come up over the chrome sometimes.
