Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0) BuildID: 2000101014 If you have some windows open on your desktop (say the folder where the mozilla install exists), and you double click on the executable to launch it, the splash screen starts up behind the folder window so you can't see it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the folder where the mozilla executable lives. 2. Maximize the window so it covers the desktop. 3. Double click on the executable to launch the browser. 4. Where is the splash screen? It's behind the folder window. Actual Results: The splash screen is behind the folder window so you can't see that the browser is loading. Expected Results: The splash screen should start in the foreground, so it is displayed over the folder window, so you know the browser is loading.
