This moves the port setting into the master{1,2,3}.cfg files instead of in master-main.cfg. Came about because of having the try-master on pm02 and needing port 9011/8011 on pm02.

moves ports into master{1,2,3}.cfg for mozilla2 masters
As a side note, we should add mozilla2 3 to test-masters.sh. Not going to block on that though.
