567235 - Unable to watch topic after filtering show posts

Users get an error trying to watch a topic after using 'show posts' dropdown on page. This repros on all forums.

1) Log in as any level user
2) Select any post on any forum, ex: https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/1/670956?
3) Select any option on the 'Show posts' dropdown
4) Return to the top of the page and click 'Watch this topic'

Expected: Link text changes to 'Stop watching this topic'
Actual: Error - No forum indicated
