A POST operation fails when the instructions at the top of the web-page above are meticulously followed

Steps to Reproduce:
The following problem occurs in Firefox version 3.6.3

To reproduce probem, do following:

1- Put a paragraph, or two, of English text into the top texarea.

2- Select "Translate from English"

3- Press the "Translate from English to Russian" button. This will open a second textarea with the translated text in Russian

4- Press the "Send Russian Translation" button. This will show what has been posted to the server.

5- Set your browser to View >> Character encoding >> Unicode UTF-8

6- In Internet Explorer and Chrome, you will see the Cyrillic/Russian translation. In Firefox, you will see gobbledygook

Note: When Firebug is run, a "Failed to load source for" error is produced
