User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3
Build Identifier: Firefox/3.6.3

Recently, and every time, whenever I make a bid on EBAY, Firefox closes all open Firefox windows and tells me there was an error. The Firefox gray box pops open and tells me there was error and tells me to send the error to Firefox. What do I do to prevent this. This problem happens even if I have just one Firefox window open with EBAY.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open EBAY
2. Bid on an item.
3.
Actual Results:
All Firefox windows open close and gray Firefox error box opens and tells me to send problem to Firefox.

Expected Results:
After I make bid on EBAY I expect to continue browsing EBAY or do whatever else I was doing with any opened Firefox windows.

Can you email me directly with what I should do?
Crash IDs can be found by typing about:crashes in the address bar then copying the id numbers into this bug. For more details see the link comment 1.
I have not reported or researched fixed, because it is easier to just use IE. You need to address these problems, which I am sure others have reported.

Here are two examples. Over the past month the Mozilla FireFox browser is crashing my ebay bids. My wife experienced the same problem and we have switched to IE. In addition, Mozilla FireFox is not allowing Adobe PDF Standard to convert and save images from a major vendor and other sites at both work and home, which worked in the past. My contact with the vendor acknowledge that the problem was reported, but they have not received a reply from the report to your organization. I prefer Mozilla FireFox over Internet Explorer, but my usage of IE is increasing.
We need people who see this problem to help us help you. The best way to assist would be to get your recent crash IDs by typing about:crashes in the address bar and copying and pasting any crash IDs into this bug.

Additionally checking if you have problems in Firefox's safe mode (Troubleshoot extensions and themes) or when using a new profile. Both are explained at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+troubleshooting would be helpful.
