Go to the URL above and you'll get a message saying:

"The BlueCard Doctor and Hospital Finder website has been designed to work
best using an Internet browser version of 4.0 or higher. The system has
identified that you are using an older version and may encounter difficulties
using this site. We highly recommend that you upgrade your browser to the
most recent version available before proceeding with your search."

It then provides an e-mail address to report when this message appears
with browser versions > 4.0. I guess Mozilla falls into that category,
so I sent them a report.

Actual results:
I can't go through and get the search form. I keep getting that same
error message.

Expected results:
As with NN 4.7x, a form to search into their database.
