Details

str: 1. click on a tab and drag & drop a url to the desktop or other location (including BM bar) by grabbing the globe / favicon proxy 2. try scrolling the open document from the keyboard AR: [a] paging the document (spacebar / page up / page down) fails [b] pressing the 'tab' key to navigate doesn't focus anything. In case of [a] it could be argued that the focus is not on the page anymore but on the tab – I clicked on the tab and dragged. Doing step 1 above with this textarea focussed removes the focus ring (*). [b] could then arguably be expected to move the focus to the next focus-able element (to the next tab, or in case of the right-most tab, to the page). However, it goes into nowhere. (*) while testing this with this textarea focussed: after switching tabs with the keyboard, the textarea regained focus without any other interaction. FKA is turned on, tested on 10.5 and 10.6 with Camino 2.0.2 and anything newer.
This is actually a dupe...
