567700 - Add call-to-action on Account Verification Page

Once user clicks through the first email (to confirm account), they are taken to the verification page.  There needs to be some call to action, link, etc. on this page to take the user to start the building process after they have created an account.  Something like "Start building your browser now" and maybe a link to help as well.  See attached screenshot.

r68138 adds a big yellow button that reads "Get Started Building Your Browser Now!" (copying the "Get Started" from the home page, but we can change that)
