Tested with Warpzilla nightly build 1011 on WSeB base with Scitech DD
on TP770X.
1) Start Warpzilla
2) Load a webpage.
3) Press F5.
Netscape/2 4.61 would refresh the displayed URL when F5 was pressed.
Mozilla doesn't do anything.
This bug is more of a user interface backward compatibility thing than
anything.

Same problem, but I've confirmed that Win32 1114 is working correctly. OS/2
1114 doesn't work.
