On linux our thunderbird freez when sending mail. I shud restart gdm-binary for restarting mail. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open thunderbird 2.Compare mail 3.Sending mail Actual Results: Freezing all gnome desktop
v3.0.1 is quite dated at this point, given that 3.0.5 will soon be released. Can you test a newer version, started in safe mode? http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
