User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.1.249.1064 Safari/532.5 Build Identifier: 3.6 I have been translating personas from Verbatim and reached this piece of text: "<p>We were unable to locate any personas that match those search terms. Please try again</p>" I believe the second part will be better if states "Please try different search terms" for example. Hence, I have the need to click on a button and suggest that this particular piece of text needs improvement/revision in its original form. Can we have this feature added? Reproducible: Always
If you have a user account in Verbatim and are logged in, you should be able to suggest translations. Right?
I am able indeed. The thing is I want to be able to leave a notification, that the original text might need improvement.
Summary: Add option to suggest improvement to the original text → Add option to mark a string as needing improvement to the original text
The new Pootle server will include the ability to report a bug such as this. The project admin can configure an email address or URL at which to translator can report source text errors. While not exactly what was requested here, it does mean that: a) We push these errors into the bug reporting systems used by Mozilla and the coder who you want to fix the error b) Forces the reporter to actually state what the problem is instead of simply flagging that there is an issue. Martin: I would appreciate if you could test this feature when the server is deployed. If any issues emerge from that could you then raise new bugs.
