enter_bug.cgi contains the message

Some fields initialized from your user-agent, $HTTP_USER_AGENT. If you think it 
got it wrong, please tell dmose@mozilla.org what it should have been.

It would probably to be more useful to have a link "Didn't Bugzilla identify 
your platform and os?" which would open a new bug reporting form containing 
the user agent string and prompts to allow the user to enter the correct 
platform and OS.

We are currently trying to wrap up Bugzilla 2.16.  We are now close enough to
release time that anything that wasn't already ranked at P1 isn't going to make
the cut.  Thus this is being retargetted at 2.18.  If you strongly disagree with
this retargetting, please comment, however, be aware that we only have about 2
weeks left to review and test anything at this point, and we intend to devote
this time to the remaining bugs that were designated as release blockers.

The bug I'm duping this against is newer, but it's more complete.
