Description

Most recent wait times were below 50% and for not that much activity.  The current pool of linux and mac slaves cannot handle the average try usage load, win32 is mostly keeping up and it has 10 more slaves than the other platforms.

4 new linux VMs added just now, should clear up some of the trailing backlog.  Leaving this open to track other new slave additions.

Still waiting on mac's to be re-imaged, will be asking Phong today about getting 2 more linux and 2 more win2 VMs
