In bug 557918 I was trying to disable the unit tests on Centos but I realized that releases would still be running unit tests on Centos and it would have made the coverage open to problems.

Before we switch the CentOS unit test coverage off we have to make sure that releases run Fedora unit tests.

Tweaking summary, because we need to do this for each OS we generate release builds for, and in each case, its similar changes in master configs.
