The console code checks to see what Gecko app you are running before loading any UI or starting any listeners. In order for the console to be used in Fennec, some Fennec-specific application hooks will be needed.

Has the Console landed in a nightly yet? Just wanted to see what types of functionality exist and would need to be exposed in Fennec.

Since we are going to move the console code into browser, this may become INVALID. We need an effort to actually tackle a real plan for fennec devtools
