I'm testing the Mozilla-europe Firefox download page on mozilla.com/de.  To create the variation, I copied the mozilla-europe HTML and added a base tag (<base href="http://mozilla-europe.org/" />).

Tested on both Windows and Mac, which is good coverage; everything checks out.
