History windows in 4.x had a first visited as well as a last visited category
with which one could sort one's history.  Why is first visited usefull?  Say I
have a new site open along with a bunch of frequently visited sites.  If I want
to go back and find the new site in my history, using first visited will exclude
all of the frequently visited sites and display the new site that I just found
out about.  This is pretty handy and saves me a lot of time.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open History.  Click on "category" selection box in upper left corner.

Actual Results:  "First Visited" not listed.


Expected Results:  "First Visited" should be a selectable column to be used for
sorting.

assuming First Visited is actually stored in Global History, this should be easy.

mass-verifying claudius' Fixed bugs which haven't changed since 2001.12.31.

if you think this particular bug is not fixed, please make sure of the following
before reopening:

a. retest with a *recent* trunk build.
b. query bugzilla to see if there's an existing, open bug (new, reopened,
assigned) that covers your issue.
c. if this does need to be reopened, make sure there are specific steps to
reproduce (unless already provided and up-to-date).
