568699 - closing firefox from private browsing causing process to hang & consume CPU

If you close the browser window when using private browsing it causes the firefox process to stay up and consume large amounts of CPU.

This also stops a new browser from being opened, stating that firefox is already running.

This was also an issue in previous versions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select private browsing
2.close window
3.check task manager & try to open firefox again.
Actual Results:  
firefox consuming 50% CPU.
Firefox will not start without killing the old PID

Expected Results:  
Firefox closes and kills the running PID.
