When you rate an addon on the new addon manager, and then change the category, the addon that you rated resets, as if you had not rated it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rate an addon on the new addon manager
2. Change the category on addon manager or restart the browser
3. Back to the category where the addon that you rated was
4. The addon that you rated is as if you had not rated it
Actual Results:  
The rate of addon resets

Expected Results:  
The rete od addon doesn't resets
