56897 - the browser won't load if MS Media Player 7 is playing

Mozilla starts (no splash but there is a presence in the taskman) to load while 
MS Media Player 7 is running but never finishes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run MS Media Player 7
2. Start an MP3 playing and minimize the player
3. Start the browser

Actual Results:  The browser wouldn't load.             

Expected Results:  The splash screen should have come....

unable to reproduce with the 6.4 media player on NT.

Confirmed using windows media player 7.00 and mozilla trunk 2000 110508 on 
Win98.  Does not occur with the version of wmp I had before (I think it was 
6.3).

Just load wmp -> no problem loading mozilla
Start playing mp3 -> can't start a new instance of mozilla
Pause or stop mp3 -> still can't start a new instance of mozilla
Click on another tab in wmp -> can start mozilla again

Symptoms are similar to bug 53952, "Mozilla won't start if another win98 app is 
frozen" (Mozilla hangs after opening console but before showing spalsh screen).

Trying XPApps, because that's where 53952 is.

Forgot to mention: my cpu usage is not maxed out while playing an mp3, even if 
mozilla is trying to load at the same time.
