Bug237006 implemented an  API for address of first stack variable. The OS/2 build breaks with error Unsupported platform.
The check-in for bug237006 was based on the work in bug516832. The latter has an un-reviewed patch from Peter Weilbacher for OS/2. Maybe we could use parts of that patch to implement the API for OS/2.

I added a dependency on bug568068, because the bug here will hit us after the other one is resolved.

Somehow I thought this was part of Bug 56808 so I implemented it as part of that fix.  I'm building now & will post a patch after I've tested.

Given our difficulties in getting stuff committed, plus the likelihood that the same person can review both pieces, we should roll this bug into that one and mark this one as a duplicate.
