569005 - Firefox shows two tasks running in task manager (OS: Windows XP sp2)

While using firefox browser it often hangs and when i check the task manager it shows two firefox tasks running,one with process 'firefox.exe' and another with process 'explorer.exe' with status 'Not Responding'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I will end task in the task manager and restart firefox
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Authenticated sessions expires.
Unresponsive script runs and prompts for dialog with 'continue' or 'Stop' options

Expected Results:  
Software should not behave hanging often like this,please fix the bug
