[Roland, please revise or kill this bug as you see fit] Getsatisfaction is now the preferred venue feedback. Please remove Thunderbird and Thunderbird Release Candidate choices, and point people to http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging. Suggested wording, with a linkified "Getsatisfaction" ... This system is for feedback on Firefox and other Mozilla projects. Thunderbird feedback has moved to Getsatisfaction.
OK. IT: please can you CVS update Hendrix? (How does GetSatisfaction fit with http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/support/ ?) Gerv

Hmm. Looks like there are local changes? [root@notorious hendrix]# cvs up -dP ? skin/planet2.css cvs update: Updating . M index.cgi cvs update: Updating skin M skin/planet.css cvs update: Updating template
Assignee: server-ops → shyam
Perhaps some tweaks to the RBL system? Can you paste a diff? Gerv
yeah, looks like it. [root@notorious hendrix]# cvs diff index.cgi Index: index.cgi =================================================================== RCS file: /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/index.cgi,v retrieving revision 1.22 diff -r1.22 index.cgi 36a37 > use Data::Dumper; 138a140 > warn "RBL hit: " . sprintf Data::Dumper::Dumper(\%rbl_results); [root@notorious hendrix]# cvs diff skin/planet.css Index: skin/planet.css =================================================================== RCS file: /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/skin/planet.css,v retrieving revision 1.8 diff -r1.8 planet.css 26c26 < @import url("http://planet.mozilla.org/planet.css"); --- > @import url("planet2.css");
That seems fine. You did the CVS update, but I don't see any change on http://hendrix.mozilla.org/... Gerv
Which was kind of my point. The cvs up -dP didn't update anything to start with :) What changes did you make? (so I can make sure they're there)
gerv@kitten:/usr/src/hendrix$ cvs ci cvs commit: Examining . cvs commit: Examining skin cvs commit: Examining template ? diff.txt Checking in index.cgi; /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/index.cgi,v <-- index.cgi new revision: 1.23; previous revision: 1.22 done Checking in template/index.html.tmpl; /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/template/index.html.tmpl,v <-- index.html.tmpl new revision: 1.28; previous revision: 1.27 done gerv@kitten:/usr/src/hendrix$ Gerv
So your updates were never picked up... [root@notorious hendrix]# cvs status index.cgi =================================================================== File: index.cgi Status: Needs Merge Working revision: 1.22 Repository revision: 1.23 /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/index.cgi,v Sticky Tag: (none) Sticky Date: (none) Sticky Options: (none) [root@notorious hendrix]# cvs status template/index.html.tmpl =================================================================== File: index.html.tmpl Status: Needs Patch Working revision: 1.27 Repository revision: 1.28 /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/template/index.html.tmpl,v Sticky Tag: (none) Sticky Date: (none) Sticky Options: (none)
Gerv, POA here?
Shyam: what is POA? I don't understand what you want from me. The updates are checked in to CVS, as far as I can tell. Please push them to production :-) Gerv
haha, POA = plan of action. What didn't work before, worked now. Funny. [root@notorious hendrix]# cvs up -dP ? skin/planet2.css cvs update: Updating . RCS file: /cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/hendrix/index.cgi,v retrieving revision 1.22 retrieving revision 1.23 Merging differences between 1.22 and 1.23 into index.cgi M index.cgi cvs update: Updating skin M skin/planet.css cvs update: Updating template P template/index.html.tmpl Should be fixed.
