Bug 507408 will append force=1 to bouncer requests when the user has manually requested an update.

What's the status here ? For the startup crash issue with FF 13.0b1 we have updates throttled and I was curious how many people were doing a manual Check for Updates, but couldn't see a dimension in the Downloads cube for force=1 being present.
