HOW TO CHANGE? 1.) Right click on your fav. 2.) Change thumbnail 3.) Browse for picture in your own folders 4.) Replace 5.) DONE Reproducible: Always

Are you using an addon to put these thumbnails there? AFAIK There is no way to put a thumbnail of a webpage in the bookmark bar, by default.
No I am not using an addon .. I hate them.. It was rather an example how it should work in the next version of firefox by default!! I know many peole who would appreciate such a new feature. Blank pages in the favourites bar are OUT.

So, this is an enhancement request then, not a bug. You want to be able to have thumbnails in the bookmark bar.
Severity: normal → enhancement
Component: General → Toolbars
OS: Windows Vista → All
QA Contact: general → toolbars
Hardware: x86 → All
Summary: No thumbnails in the favourites bar → Be able to have thumbnail previews in bookmark bar
Version: unspecified → Trunk
Well it´s not a real "bug" because there isn´t this function in firefox yet. It is rather a feature request so I am not wrong in this forum am I? So anybody who is in authoriy please attend to this proposal or forward it. Thx

It is set as enhancement, so it is all set for a developer to take a look and see if they wish to do it.
