Attachment: folder containing single message with bad attachments

(only reason I'm not filing NEW is I don't know if this is a duplicate)

I don't have the original message to supply as a testcase. If needed perhaps I can get it from the author...

message from yahoo with two attachments opened in standlone message window. I deleted the larger of two attachments, Crash Reports.zip:
a) message size didn't appreciably change
b) looks like didn't create a new imap message (date of original msg didn't change in folder)
c) and yet, in the message I see 
Content-Type: text/x-moz-deleted; name="Deleted: Crash Reports.zip"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="Deleted: Crash Reports.zip"
X-Mozilla-Altered: AttachmentDeleted; date="Mon May 31 13:50:16 2010"

You deleted an attachment from this message. The original MIME headers for the attachment were:
Content-Type: application/x-zip-compressed; name="Crash Reports.zip"

bug 476400 was fixed almost a year before I altered the message cited in comment 0.  So I'm not sure how this can have been fixed by 476400.  Though I do see similarity to bug 639460.
