1999042908 build on mac os only (fine on win32 and linux). launch apprunner. after launch, the window that is drawn is bad. the sidebar draws parts of itself inside the main app window, and bleeds over into the toolbars, etc. moving the mouse around over that part of the app window results in flickering content appearing/disappearing. this is bad.

Mike Pinkerton thinks this is a duplicate of bug #2236, the "various problems with frames" bug that Pierre has and which he moved to M6. But I think we need to fix this for M5 or the Mac will really suck. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 2236 ***

This really does need to be fixed in M5. I've added comments to the other bug indicating as much... Marking this one verified duplicate.
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
