Hmmm.  I guess this means we won't know to remove the annotations if this bug gets fixed.  But I guess we're stuck with it, unless we figure out why it doesn't always paint.  It's probably worth filing a bug on the reftest harness.

I think the way to go after fixing an assertion is to mxr for the bug # and fix all the manifest files.
