Dropped in http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commits/7bf5d00, part of http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commits/dd806a1. QA: there should be no visible changes. An undesirable outcome of this bug would be seeing the same add-on listed multiple times on the homepage, /themes, or /extensions.
