The web server that hosts drumbeat.org is serving a message that says: "Service Unavailable The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." No matter what hostname is being used.. doesn't appear to be specific to a single virtualhost. It's happening on ports 80 and 443. Doesn't appear to be a Drupal problem, even HEAD requests return 500 HTTP status: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error Date: Tue, 01 Jun 2010 21:34:01 GMT Connection: close Content-Type: text/html Connection closed by foreign host.

Phong looked at the VM, and said that the VM seemed to be maxed out on CPU and it appeared to be hung, so he rebooted it. The website and the VM seem to be responding okay now.
