Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in "tel:1234567"
2. Press Enter

Actual Results:
The Application launcher dialog pops-up asking me what application to choose to execute my command.

Expected Results:
The phone application is automatically chosen and opened with my number populated on the dial-to field.
The use-case itself is weak, but we always ask the user before dialing or emailing

We are not. I don't see that dialog. I see the one we use to override it:

aakash, since the wrong dialog should be fixed now, can we close this?
the wrong dialog was bug 580044.

Otherwise popping up the application chooser is the correct behavior, closing this as invalid.
