The ability to interdiff two patches attached to the same bug seems to have
completely stopped working.  All attempts to interdiff two patches now 
return an empty page.  Been this way for a few days now. See, for example

Two patches to the same version of the same file.  
Should interdiff very simply and cleanly, but instead we get only blank pages.  

This is a real hindrence for patch review!!

Was a crapshoot which webhead you got.  The newer webheads were missing the 'interdiff' command line utility.  If you got one of the older ones, it worked.

This has been added to the puppet configs for the bugzilla cluster so all future webheads will get it automatically.
