Never expect that all people will get the same behavior if you report a bug.
An attached screenshot (via add an attachment) usually helps to show the issue.
This is wfm with Seamonkey trunk and FF3.6.4beta on win32.
Please confirm that you don't block such images via Tools/options/content/load images/exceptions and that you still get the issue in the Firefox safemode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Attached some screenshots. The problem still appears in safe mode.
What is wfm?

wfm = works for me (I can see the images in this case)
and you didn't blocked those images (look in the options)
>The problem still appears in safe mode.
Do you got the special safemode startup dialog ?
You could try to create an additional test profile and start FF with this profile: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles
I did get the special safemode startup dialog.
Just tested again with a new, empty profile. The problem does not appear. Must be some problem with my settings.
