56999 - Crash- Cancel, then OK and Add to address Book will crash on the OK

Using builds 2000-10-16 branch on win98, mac and linux if you Cancel and Add to
Address book card, then try to OK one after that you will crash.

1. Launch Mail
2. Select an address in the mail header and click
3. (2) menu items on list, select Add to Address book
4. Cancel the card
5. Select another address, click on it choose Add to Address Book
6. OK the card.
Crash.  Always reproducible.  Doesn't happen while in a
Talkback report:

Steve asked for steps 5&6, if I were to open an Address Book card through the
Address book, edit the card and OK would it crash.  The answer is yes.

Candice is checking to see if this is fixed with her list crash fix (54530)

I can't get a crash on my tree with or without the address book window opened ( 
(wiht the fix for 54530).  Please make sure you stated in the bug if you have 
opened and closes address book window when reproduce the bug.  Bug 54530 only 
happen if you close and reopen the address book window.

Let's not mark this bug duplicate for now since it has different steps to cause 
the crash.

This is big problem for me. I can get it to happen with good frequency. I hope 
it is fixed for RTM. I centertainly would consider this crash, as of the wire.
