Details

When opening mailto: or tel: links, we hand off to an external application. Based on the protocol handler settings, we can ask the user before opening the external application. The prompt text is very generic right now: "This link needs to be opened with an application" It could be set based on the protocol: "Do you want to call: xxx-xxx-xxxx?" "Do you want to send email to joe@shmoe.com?"
