steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/111147/
2.Click on the "Add to Firefox" button

expected behavior:
Install trigger happens only after the user confirms the install by clicking "Download Now" button in the pop-up message.

observed behavior:
The warning pop-up about unreviewed add-ons and install trigger happens at the same time
