570024 - Link to view older versions of add-on in the pop-up loads the wrong link in remora

Description

steps to reproduce:
1.Go to  https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/150952/
2.Click on the install button
3.Click on "Download now" button in the warning pop-up
4.In the pop-up about incompatibility,click "View older versions of this add-on"

expected behavior:
Clicking on that link takes the user to an anchor on the (zamboni)add-on detail page or directly loads the all versions page for that add-on.

actual behavior:
Clicking on that link loads the remora page taking the user to reviews anchor(https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/150952/reviews/)

Depending on bug 565479 for the proper fix, but we should push out a hacky fix
if the opportunity comes up.
