It used to work. I tried safe mode. It stopped working after bookmarking a site so I think there is a limit to the number of folders in bookmarks or links until this feature stops working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmark a site
2. Choose a folder from recently accessed bookmark folders
3. Click drop down to drill down to a specific folder
Actual Results:  
Opens without the selected folder opened

Expected Results:  
Opens with the selected folder opened
