Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the Search screen with no search. (You should see an orange logo with the text "Firefox Home" below it.)
2. Scroll down a little bit.
Result: it stays scrolled down, revealing a white area and leaving the search box off-screen
Expected: either refuse to scroll down at all, or bounce back up automatically (and make the scrolled-off area blue rather than white). I'd prefer the latter.
This is worse in landscape mode than in portrait mode.
Tested using Firefox Home Beta 10 (limited beta).
