I didn't realize we're still showing the beta notice for non-en-US locales on the Developer Hub. Please remove it.

Heh, whoops.

chenb, can you check this out?  If you go to a page like https://addons.mozilla.org/de/developers you'll see a giant box at the top talking about how the page is in beta (it doesn't exist in en-US).  Just whack that whole message in the template should be good.
