Any website I visit experiences this anomaly. Pressing F11 for Full Screen or selecting full screen from the menu renders the web page completely useless to view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a web page.
2. Enter full screen mode.
Actual Results:  
Displays windows aero glass effect or similar looking artifacts.

Expected Results:  
Display the content in full screen normally.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
