I repeated complain on our community forum is that the Account manager screen of Thunderbird is not usable for Hebrew users. I do suspect this is caused in RTL builds in general, as we didn't changed anything and there is empty area at the left side of the screen.
You are welcome to follow the discussion thread linked to this issue. In case you can't read Hebrew, just follow the links. (don't bother using Google Translate - it sucks)

sign-off for Thunderbird 3.0.6 have updated to reflect checkin 02c739cab8d7. (Verified by ogirtd on previous comment)
Unable to proceed with sign-off for Thunderbird 3.1 (rc2?) with checkin 72d9c21e5afc due to permission issue. Sipaq, please advice.
